About Rigwise
Rigwise is an independent AI-assisted PC hardware platform helping people compare components, check compatibility, build complete PCs and find suitable retailer offers. It is designed to answer three questions together: what should I buy, why is it right for me, and where is the best current offer?
Decisions before transactions
Rigwise helps people decide what to buy and where to buy it. Retailers remain the sellers and handle payment, fulfilment, returns and support.
Evidence before persuasion
Compatibility rules, specifications, benchmarks, price and data freshness are visible inputs. A recommendation must be explainable from those inputs.
Fit before commission
Affiliate status and commission are disclosure fields, never ranking inputs. A non-affiliate offer can rank ahead of an affiliate offer.
What Rigwise is building
The product combines a canonical hardware knowledge layer, compatibility and performance models, an explainable decision engine, and a commerce layer that compares outbound retailer offers. The database supports the product, AI interprets user needs, and retailer feeds supply commerce evidence; none of those layers is the whole product by itself.
What Rigwise is not
Rigwise is not a retailer or marketplace. It does not hold inventory, accept payment, ship hardware or manage returns. Product and build pages lead users to external stores when they choose an offer.
Current data status
The public platform is under active development. Product identities are real and compatibility specifications are curated from manufacturer information. Prices, availability, retailer listings, resale observations and performance values are explicitly labelled as sample data. Live offers will be published only from authorized feeds, with source, freshness and affiliate disclosure preserved.
How decisions are ranked
